Walk and talk
Two people move through a corridor or a street while they speak.
Movement hides the cut. Lead them with the camera moving backwards, follow from behind, and give yourself one static wide they walk through. The static wide is the safety net for the edit.
Watch out. Match the walking pace between takes, or the cut jumps. Mark the floor where the dialogue lines land.
Lead: camera walks backwards in front of them.
Follow: camera walks behind them.
