Who can see what
Private until you share, one film at a time.
A new film is private to its writer. Not even the company's owner can see it. Unfinished work belongs to the person writing it.
Sharing
On the film page, open People. Share with the whole company, or add people one by one.

The writer can hand a film to someone else, who then becomes its writer.
